On Becoming Orthodox

1. The Path of The Cross

It is on tenuous footing and with steps of trepidation that I enter St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church near where I live each Sunday. On arriving early, and after lighting a prayer candle and offering veneration before the icons in the narthex, I enter the nave of the Church, and the feeling is always sublime, with a subdued yet powerfully warm, resonant, and inviting peace. As I view the icons of the Saints lining the walls of the Church and the iconostasis at the front of the Church, I am immediately struck with how poetically simple yet beautifully reverent the scene is, as if one is stepping back in time.

Had someone told me a year ago that I would even be here attending service, I would have likely given a questioning and perhaps disparaging look in reply. And the fact that, months later, I continue to return each week, and am going through the most arduous and soul-wrenching process of spiritual self-transformation I have ever encountered in my entire life, and that, as I am only at the very early and beginning stages of this difficult process – meaning it will most likely become even more formidable as time goes on – bears an incredible testament to the strength and authenticity of the Truth one is able to find here.

Entering into Orthodoxy feels like finding at long last what I had been searching for my entire life. As a lifelong avid reader and recently very world-weary pilgrim, it was a long and circuitous journey, and as difficult as all those years of searching and not-knowing had been, I now know without a shadow of a doubt the searching phase is ended and complete, and that now the real work begins. In my habitual independent and non-conformist leanings of the past, I had never really subscribed to any group organization, and tended to bolt if I felt encroached upon or manipulated in any way. I was more or less just getting through life in a state of survival-mode for years, and now found myself reading about Saints and monastics who were the most hard-core righteously spiritual people I had ever come across in all of my studies. Their lives suddenly gave a new and deeply profound meaning to the words ‘spiritual warrior’. My soul was literally cracked open and laid bare, and my heart was in anguish; and I absolutely could find no reason to leave, and every single reason to stay.

Not for the feint of heart, Orthodoxy will turn you inside out like nothing else can. It is a spiritual process of purification and holy sacramental healing. The Church is both Spiritual Hospital and Holy Sanctuary. Putting into practice the art and salvation of the soul as taught by the Saints and Holy Fathers is guaranteed to bring you to your knees time and again in repentance and tears. It can be a brutal and arduous process, as well as amazing, and even at times, exalted. In learning to walk the Path of the Cross, one begins to notice the countless times they have transgressed in their lifetime, and often in very tremendous ways, and so, begins to adjust accordingly. Human nature being what it is – an inherently fallen state – extraordinary patience and perseverance are required. The trail is steep, narrow, and rocky, and therein is also a bit of paradox regarding the internal work of the spiritual climb: in analyzing oneself over smaller and smaller details as one progresses,  the stones that cause one to stumble may seem to be smaller in size, but those pebbles of transgression carry the weight of boulders.

It is said that Orthodoxy requires a “circumcision of the heart.” In a recent discussion of this analogy during an informal Theology 101 assembly, I was immediately reminded of the work of recognizing and acknowledging all those layers of hardness, and subsequent detachment, that the world had imposed upon my heart – including all those I had imposed upon myself by my own actions – and the process of psychologically cutting away that which no longer serves for the sanctification of the soul and living a life of prayer. More than anything else, I consistently found the biggest obstacle I repeatedly faced was myself. It was imperative that I get out of my own way and learn from those who came before and had reached a state of sanctification in their own lives. Obedience to this is absolutely crucial to my progress, and quite frankly lends itself to absolute freedom in a way I would have never imagined. To walk the Path of the Cross is to follow those who came before. One does not need to worry if one is doing “the right thing” or not: the Path of the Cross is infallible.

The world teaches us to be focused on externals largely based in fear. It is also teaching us to be very self-centered and narrow-minded in our arrogance and pride. Narcissism runs rampant, and humility is easily lost where pride runs free. The cost of putting all our faith and energy into the world of modern materialism engenders soul loss to such a degree that people don’t even realize they’re dying of thirst for lack of Truth while drowning in an ocean of perpetual materialistic deception and false prosperity. The world of possessions will fall away when we reach the end of our life, as will our body, but our soul shall surely retain the measure of delusion and pride with which it was fed in our lifetime, and its salvation is completely dependent upon our recognition of the “one thing needed” in this current lifetime.

In taking up the cross and following Christ and all those who followed Him, my life is undergoing profound transformation. At the onset, it was like being in a very long, dark, underground earthen tunnel where one is confronted with all the tangled roots of past offences that are still reaching out from all sides like the serpents of Medusa to ensnare the soul. I no longer have need to question where I am going or what I am going to do with my life, for that is unnecessary, but what I do have need of is the spiritual healing Orthodoxy offers. What I now entirely focus upon is authentic spiritual development in the Apostolic Christian tradition, which is, above all else, a path of heart and soul. Thus, I find myself confronted with my own darkness: my own co-opted and corrupted nature and the multitude of ways I have partaken and transgressed, voluntarily and involuntarily for my entire life, in both very small and very large ways, in that which constitutes a very dark and insidious agenda at work in the world today. Wrapped up in this realization was the essence of what the fear of God was about as I had never fully comprehended until now: of standing before God in prayer and tearful repentance of one’s own fallen nature in order that the heart and soul might be cleansed and purified so as not to be found offensive and unworthy before God.

While I am able to easily comprehend the reverence and holiness of the Sacraments and Divine Liturgies, I am still learning to appreciate the full magnitude of their value. It feels akin to a blockage, not unlike a locked gate, that has surrounded my heart. The years of growing up and living in a world that left its mark of denigration upon me since childhood now feels like innumerable layers of hardness encompassing my heart. I had become a very judgmental person and for most of my life operated in such a manner, and as the world left its mark upon me, I in turn, did so to others, unaware, ignorant, and full of pride. In seeing the roots of my own self-centered and arrogant behavior and attitudes and digging them out, I had to step in front of the proverbial mirror time and again in focused self-analysis before I was even able to begin to see the roots that needed pulling, so blind was I to my own shortcomings and erroneous perceptions. But it was what I couldn’t see that actually became the impetus for the beginning of the true opening of my heart. For many years, my life was frequently touched by that which was to show me without any shadow of a doubt that the unseen world is far less of an illusion than what is seen, and the unseen realm of spiritual warfare is extremely formidable, and apparently, often especially so for those choosing to enter the Church. Following a recent experience of such, during which I was definitely feeling the effects, I was literally able to feel layers of hardness receding and dissolving under the watchful advice and prayers of those who were now guiding me into Orthodoxy. It was a revelatory moment for me, and perhaps indicative of things to come, and when I now attend services, and in attending to prayer work as well, I feel a deep and palpable resonance from within my heart, as if everything is sourced and expanding out from there. But I am also under no illusion with this, as there are still many layers yet to uncover and much soul-refining work to be done. It is my hope that with eventual participation in the Holy Sacraments, there will be an even greater release and dissolution of blockage.

What is Orthodoxy teaching me? To live from the heart. To love. To forgive. To heal relationships. To look at every instance of prideful thinking that arises within me throughout each day and choose otherwise. To recognize and weed out all the impurities that have been imposed upon me from myself, others, and from the world. To recognize that all are struggling. To be humble. To understand and recognize how little I know, and to let go of ego and pride. To learn that obedience brings with it an amazing sense of freedom and release from the chains of self-deception so that I am able to fully receive Holy guidance. To be patient and persevere. To fall, and not be afraid. To get back up and keep going. To understand the adversary and recognize evil in all its multifaceted and nuanced forms. To learn that the fear of God might be less about fear and more about humility and love. That the importance of prayer work cannot be overstated, and is the heart and soul of every true spiritual life and is intimately connected to the Path of the Cross, and that prayer is an incredibly powerful tool in helping others and receiving intercessory assistance and guidance on ones journey. To learn to let go of trying to control and direct my life and know that I am already very well-directed by the Holy Spirit and that every lesson and teaching – whether difficult or exalted – is for my benefit and allows me to grow even deeper in Truth. To pray, and to pray often – not only for my own soul, but far more importantly, for the sake of others, so that they might find peace and healing and love. Orthodoxy, above all, is a labyrinthine path of the heart, into the truest center of that which is Love. And I have barely even begun.

As a kid I had always found respite and solace in libraries and books. As an adult, I am still always reading for the same reasons and more. About a year ago I came across and read the book ‘St. Paisios of Mount Athos’ by Hieromonk Isaac, and my life was simply completely altered and forever changed. To this day, I credit the Saint for bringing me to Orthodoxy; he remains very near and dear to my heart, and I’ve been poring over Orthodox books ever since. One quickly learns in studying the lives of Saints that their influence and intercessory powers carry far beyond their earthly repose, and that truly, they are always quite near and available to those thus seeking guidance and assistance, lending even greater reality to life beyond this earthly existence.

As I further consecrate my life to the Lord and to the Path of the Cross, both literally and figuratively, I am naturally and intrinsically drawn to monasticism, and, in a certain sense, my life is becoming a monastic endeavor: as I live, eat, breathe, and work in this world I am surrounded on all sides by that which is of a fallen and corrupted nature. This world truly is a desert. It is a wilderness of deception, of trials and errors, and in a certain sense, I have been very much alone and living in solitude for what feels like most of my life. Orthodoxy has given me the keys to successfully navigate the terrain, and living a life of prayer is intrinsically linked to this. It has been a long and winding road to get to where I am today. and looking back, I see that there most definitely has been and still is a formidable opponent dogging me the entire time and doing everything possible to keep me from arriving here to stand praying before the altar of Christ. Conversely, there has also always been very powerful and notable guiding spirits as well, subtly leading me and giving many moments of confirmation along the way.

If anything, the Path of the Cross is, above all, an arduous journey to the center of your soul. It is a cyclical path of self-annihilation and renewal, sacrifice tempered with tears, humility born of love. By the light of holy fire souls will be cleansed, and hearts made new. It will leave the hardest and most brazen of hearts dazed and shattered, the most despondent and downtrodden souls uplifted and exalted. But the real work takes place in the trenches and deep internal reaches of the heart. It is brutal and uncompromising psychological work, and there are no short cuts, not even a single one. Patience and perseverance are absolutely required at all times, as is vigilance, and an unwavering faith that God alone is the architect and healer of our souls. While we are conditioned to believe a life well-lived in this world is one of true freedom, what is often deeply misunderstood is the degree at which deception is insidiously woven into and actively working on so many levels to enslave and chain us to that which is ultimately nothing more than a completely false narrative of purely Luciferian origin.

One thing I will sometimes hear people say is that they don’t like all the “rules” they feel are imposed upon them by religion. With Orthodoxy, I find that the Truth so moves the heart and soul as to enable one to recognize the multitude of ways they have transgressed the truest teachings of Christ, and one is compelled to become more disciplined with their every thought, word, and action, not because they are told to do so, but because it weighs so heavy on the heart and soul when they don’t. It is simply a very powerful and insightful process of spiritual struggle, of finding humility and grace, and in so doing, finding it in others as well. Orthodoxy is teaching me to heal all those idiosyncratic behaviors that were damaging my relationships with others. In short, I am learning to dive so deep into the well of this love, that, in the process, every shadow of its antithesis is being dissolved, as well as every illusion of what I thought love was from a worldly and thus relatively superficial perspective.

Orthodoxy is, for me, becoming a path of profound humility, with a deep and abiding faith that is infinitely stronger than anything this world can dish up in attempt to throw me off course. In some ways it feels like I was Orthodox long before I even found the faith: for many years I carried a sense of devoutness and prayer within my heart and soul that I never lost nor let go of. Did I fall short of the Christian ideal during those years? Absolutely, countless times and then some, and it weighs like a sorrowful dirge upon my soul. In those days I had already begun to walk on the Path but did not exactly see it for what it was. Now that I am walking with clearer perception, I am able to see the myriad of ways I can give my life “so that the people might see”, and every moment of every day counts as a win or loss and a chance to make a difference, no matter where I am at or who I am with. Wherever we are is a direct gift from God to pour forth from within and onto the world the spirit of love and gratitude. We are all exactly where God most needs us to be in every moment of our lives, and it is up to us to recognize and answer the call, and to step up and take care of this business of the soul.

Lest I am mistaken, by the words written here I do not mean to even begin to suggest that I am learned in any of this, and beg forgiveness if such is the case. I am merely a beginner, who happens to write. I have many, many obstacles and layers of pride and hypocrisy within myself to uproot, uncover and depose; in effect, it is a process of “unlearning” all that I have ever been taught by living in a world steeped in deceptive illusion. I am still as of yet quite new to this, and, not unlike a child, immature in my knowledge and practice of Orthodox Church traditions and liturgical cycles. I will always be but a novice upon the Path of the Cross, and as discernment and knowledge grow, so too, shall wisdom and faith, but intuition tells me that I will walk this path a lifetime and still feel as though I’ve barely even scratched the surface of what there is to know.

And so it is. May it be unto me according to Thy will, O Lord.

As for the kid who once hid out in libraries, and who now lays broken upon Your shore, I am a bit of a mess, Lord, but I am Yours:

When the world rebuked me, O Lord, You took me in. And when I most needed humility, You sent me that which brought me to my knees, that I might remember You. When my soul needed cleansing, O Lord, You washed me with tears of repentance that flowed upon my face. When I needed sanctuary, O Lord, You gave me Your Church. And when I needed healing, O Lord, You sent me the grace and beatific love of Your Godly people. May their days be filled with peace and prayer, and all that is holy and sacred. Amen.

Though I have written them down, these are not my words, for they do not belong to me, they belong to the people. I am simply writing what is in my heart, and my heart belongs to God. I am but a very, very small part of this equation. In its entirety, this is written simply and humbly in prayer for those who struggle in their own search for Truth. May the divine solace of God’s grace be with you always.

In The Company of Strangers

“Around 1990, I had a wonderful visit with an Ojibwe man from upper Wisconsin. While exchanging information about our languages, we realized that neither one of us could find a word to address the other as enemy.”

Albert White Hat Sr.

I absolutely love this quote. It is an incredibly powerful statement that brings me to tears and also makes me wonder. Growing up with standard public education (i.e., indoctrination) in the US, when taught “history” regarding the Native populations, the view was always asserted about how warlike and hostile they were among themselves. And yet, these two men, from their own original languages, could find no word to relate to the other as enemy.

It is also a very powerful statement regarding the humanity that each of us inherently carries within and is naturally born with. The vast majority of people on this earth want only to live simply in peace and to have what they need to do so. When governments and colonizing forces wage war and genocide upon the people and land, and continuously practice their insidious divide and conquer stratagem of corrupt politics, then we find ourselves engulfed and mired in exactly what we have today: a wasteland of human ignorance as people turn upon each other and further fuel the fires of disintegration and chaos.

To quote Krishnamurti, “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”

How long will we continue to allow these tyrannical governments to rule us in such blatantly unethical ways?

Is it really so difficult to just stop contributing – the means by which we give our consent – to a system that seeks to disenfranchise each one of us on so many levels, and start working with each other to build a system that is of the people, by the people, and for the people?

When did we so completely abdicate moral authority over our own individual conduct and ability to choose wisely for ourselves, only to end up with the system that does not serve the people, but rather enslaves them to feed its insatiable war machine and endless genocidal policies? This, ironically, is what your voting is continually giving consent to. If this is not clear to you by now, you have chosen not to see it with open eyes nor with self-regulating mind. Ignorance is the act of ignoring. It is a choice. As is freedom.

If we have learned anything at all, then it’s time to make these choices for ourselves, en masse, or never, and not at all. In the company of strangers, as different as we are, we are still the same, in very simple, yet deeply profound ways.

Vagabond Lies

“Don’t be so hard on yourself”, he gently admonished.

“I’ve got to be!” I reply, exasperated, “I’m all I’ve got. My culture, it’s empty of wisdom! I’ve got no elders, no teachers. Everything I learned, I learned the hard way. Experience may be my guide, but my people, their minds are colonized, filled with propagated illusions and vagabond lies. They teach their children false history and defiantly oppose anyone who speaks the truth.”

“Think! Where would you be today if not for your elders, your teachers, your culture! You know above all else, this is a hard road of self-discipline. I cannot afford to falter here! You’ve got your people, your elders, your ceremonies. I can’t very well go out to the rez with my white skin and blue eyes and appeal to these people. To them, I am the oppressor. Even though I know deep in my bones and without a shadow of a doubt that these people, your people, keep true wisdom. I honor and respect that! Their ways, the ceremonies, the teachings, gave me who I am today. I would not be here alive before your eyes now with the strength I carry if not for what these people imparted to this land with their lives. It will never be denied.”

I arose, walked to the edge of the cliff-side overlooking the river, turned, and looked at him.

“This land, she is steeped with the spirit of the people, no matter where you go. You said yourself, the reservations are nothing more than concentration camps. You cannot contain the heart and soul of a people within a barb-wire fence. The people belong to the land, not the other way around. I cannot forget this, nor can I turn away. It’s in the very blood of who I now am. My ancestors may be of Eire, and they speak to me, yes, but my life is here. I am a daughter of this land. The spirit of this land is an indigenous one. My heart abides with these people. I need to learn the language. This is who I am.”

The Fires of Beltane

Walking in both worlds of the ordinary and non-ordinary is like walking the edge of a sword. It is re-cognition (remembrance) and humility (awe) infused with a deep and profound sense of responsibility, fed with perseverance. ‘Tis a formidable road of powerful experience for certain, and nothing here is ever felt with ease, but, rather, more like vast undercurrents of ocean waves about to carry you out to sea. This road is a journey such that once undertaken, there is no turning back. To walk, thus knowing, in a world completely and purposely cultivated with unknowing and wrought with misunderstanding is like waking up in a foreign land, yet knowing the place like the back of your hand.

Growing up artistically inclined in a spiritually vacant culture, in retrospect, was like having the extra sensory perceptions of a blind person while still being able to see.

While young and living in the Pacific Northwest forest lands, I spent a great amount of time wandering the woods for miles near where I lived. It was at this time in my life that I also experienced profound shifts of perception and significant awakenings. I attribute these events to the fact that I was literally walking upon land that for millennia was steeped in indigenous cultural traditions and spirit. This land of my birth, North America, is a land of deep indigenous tribal heritage. It is the land of the ancestors of this lineage who have walked before us, who are now looking back at us, beckoning us to awaken and follow. Their blood and bones, and all their ceremonial reverence and wisdom continues to reverberate through the ages; it will never be silenced. This land forever holds the echoes of their footprints, the visions of their dreamtime, the smoke of their fires.

I feel very strongly that this is the reason all of the experiences I was having and continue to have are often of an indigenous nature. I was given to understand things about myself which eventually brought great insight to my self awareness, but which at the time were quite confusing, and it took years to sort them all out. Without having any traditional elders to rely on, this quest has been a very solitary journey, yet I learned early that I was never truly alone. I also learned to never speak of such matters to those who have no understanding or experience of it, for the consequence will be harsh. My spirit allies are strong, and they are protective. I am given to this path as much as it was given to me. It has felt very much as though my time spent walking upon the land of these ancestors, and then later seeking out and researching everything I could find regarding their traditions, and approaching with respect and reverence was definitely noticed by those from the other side. As they say, when you take notice of the spirit realm, those in the spirit realm take notice of you. It was like that for me, a very interactive experience from the beginning; quite humbling and grounding.

Conversely, the culture of my birth, the land of the American Dream mythos and its aberrant government, has proven itself to be a fraudulent and deceitful entity. The tides of upheaval that are currently manifesting are the results of people waking up to the fact that the government of this country has long perpetrated a genocidal blueprint of corruption within its own borders and throughout the world. We live in a time of growing chaos, where sorting fact from fiction takes an inordinate amount of time, dedication, and research. I celebrate and applaud those who do so, for they pave the way for others to do the same. It is the quantity and growing intensity of the continuing propagated madness that keeps people distracted, but it also reveals how desperate and fearful the schemers are of their ultimate plan failing. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and by this standard, their time of reckoning has come; their days are numbered.

When one is tapped into the traditional wisdom of tribal integrity, there is no stronger philosophy of life to be found. The knowledge of indigenous wisdom holds the keys to the survival of our planet, and all her people. This is what the controllers of modern humanity have tried so desperately to erase with their historical worldwide agendas and the genocide of tribal cultures. But truth prevails, and these are decidedly the days of prevailing truth. Like the voices of the indigenous, these winds are blowing fierce and strong with each and every new day.

So if we are to pronounce that which will create a system which makes the old schematic of corrupt governance unacceptable and obsolete, let us choose from among the wisest cultural traditions to be found on this earth. Let us learn what it means to live in balance, and with reverence for all that is. Let us learn to set aside greed. Let us set aside opposition and war in favor of communication. Let the highest good of all be the goal. Let us remember, true leaders work to lift the people up, never to subjugate and oppress them further.

The great and converging tides of change and inspiration are filling the borderlands and every facet of all our lives. This should be our calling card that now is not the time to wait. Now is the time to choose.

An Inside Job

As one year closes and another commences, I am reminded of all the work completed and goals accomplished this past year; yet with so much left to be done, I am also reminded of the ebb and flow that quietly informs our lives with an undercurrent of steadfastness and courage requisite when facing such times of uncertainty. In the very act of letting go we are given security to stand on our own, making room for what needs to grow by throwing out what needs to go. For each of us this is a constant and transformative process throughout life, but never so poignant as when one year ends and another begins.

May the coming year be one of inner transformations of such magnitude that we see monumental change effected in real time, real world surroundings. May peace find it’s way again to the forefront of the imagination of the people, and thus so, in their lives as well. May those who propagate fear, war, and hate be relegated to the sidelines as historical footnotes, that we may begin to create artfully lived lifetimes here and now, rather than in some hoped for distant future.

May all who understand this and seek to create change for the good of all in this world, here and now, reach deep into the innermost sanctum of their being and forge new chains of self-mastery, each link representing another challenge faced with undaunting strength, grace, courage, and wisdom. In healing the self, we heal the world. The work to be done is an inside job from day one. May we all heed the wisdom and truth of deeper ancestral knowledge, and seek not to gain of this world, but to be that which dreams and creates the world anew. Amen and blessed be.

Requeim For Wisdom

“In the discordant noise of our time, it may seem that harmony and balance are lost to us as soul-less science and life-less religion each noisily clamor to be heard over the other. In this fragmentation we lose our story, we lose our holy nature, and we fail to live up to our potential as co-creators with the divine. Yet the sacred harmony is not lost to us as much as we are lost to it.”
Judith L. Nilan, A Legacy Of Wisdom

To live among those who are bereft of any sense of the sacred or any intellectual tenacity for critical thinking can often be a bothersome challenge. The work at hand requires patience, caution and perseverance. For make no mistake, like cliched crabs in a bucket, the ignorance born of insecurity and fear will seek to discount and ridicule the wise at every opportunity as an antidote to their own shortsighted lives.

They refuse to study their own psychology or tend to their own inner turmoils. Malcontent, and often indolent, they consistently fail to see the finger they point leaves three more self-directed. Often fluent in passive-aggressive tendencies and typically condescending, they become recalcitrant reformers, staunchly insistent in imposing their own views while refusing to see they’ve already abdicated their own in so many ways, and have yet so much to learn. This lack of humility shines incredibly bright in our world today, and fuels a relentless wildfire of ignorance on a great hamster wheel of rhetoric. While more than happy to project their own psychosis upon others, their connivances are easily dismantled in the light of truth.

Perhaps the greatest hurdle they face and are unable and unwilling to accept is the challenge of the road within. To step in front of the proverbial mirror and turn an inward eye to our own minds, our own conscious and subconscious psychologies, is the greatest work any of us will ever engage in. From this only, will greatness shine. Think how quiet the world would suddenly become if every one of us realized this truth, rather than continue on distracted and outwardly directed by a culture that insanely bombards its people with fear, disorder, and disease. True, one must also tend to the tasks at hand in a chaotic world such as ours, but the most important fire to tend will always be the one that burns within. True warriorship is born of this, and wedded with serving a greater truth. Modern culture consistently fails to teach this, while indigenous wisdom has always known this, and for millennia has taught and practiced these ways.

The problem with ignorance and those who practice daily the contrivances of a misled society are often the most challenging part of the process of awakening to and practicing deeper truth. For ultimately wisdom tells us we must leave them where they stand to discover for themselves what they will at their own pace, and accept that perhaps they never will. Wisdom is always a matter of choice, and each of us can only master his or her own path to the degree with which effort is given. No more, no less.

Grand Larceny

This makeshift reality of deception so masterfully propagated evolves from a deep-seated current of malevolence darker than most care to consider. As such, it requires a deeper knowing coupled with intuitive skill to override the programming. At best we are fodder and grist for the machinations of those who own and operate the mill in this grand larceny of human souls if we do not opt to choose for ourselves and walk a path of truth. The deeper the river of falsehood, the greater the strength and fortitude needed to overcome this multifaceted web of lies that serves to enslave mankind into a soulless and psychological entropy that all but destroys the intuitive mind and creates an insidious collective apathy, unnoticed by all except those with the most intrepid and exploring minds.

Status Quo

Driven to distraction and addicted to the endless trivialities of “bread and circuses”, and wine and roses, we fail as a culture to step back and seriously analyze what is happening in the greater arena right before our very eyes. This is denial in its most dangerous manifestation, and is perfectly utilized by those perpetrating the madness.

By keeping us busy upon the hamster wheel of “breaking news” and incessant useless drama, the self-righteous indignation and multitude of divisions fomented are merely a tactical manipulation of externalization. It’s the oldest trick in the book: divide and conquer.

Until we assert an equally deliberate, sustained, and undivided effort towards looking as deep within for our truth as we do towards searching externally for the answers to the problems and chaos found throughout the world, we will solve nothing and continue on as always, thus shall the status quo remain.

Nutritional Complacency: The Cash Cow of Deception

You can absolutely count on the fact that just about everything you’ve ever been taught about nutrition from the mainstream medical perspective is outdated and often inaccurate. It is considered to be true by many that well over 90 percent of the published medical information doctors rely on is flawed. The fact that chronic degenerative diseases, cognitive decline, and obesity are skyrocketing in unprecedented numbers across all age groups should be an enormous red flag to anyone even remotely paying attention.

It is no wonder there is so much confusion and lack of knowledge on the part of people understanding their own physiology. Many doctors are simply lacking proficient training on the dominant role that nutrition can play in healing fundamental biological processes of chronic disease and degeneration, and we are constantly inundated with conflicting information until completely paralyzed as to which direction to go, settling for the status quo of what we’ve always been told, even when it is misleading, and thus becoming complacent with our own best defense: self-education. The withholding of information crucial to understanding basic health and physiology, and the bombardment of conflicting information regarding nutrition is the very foundation of perpetrating the myths that have beleaguered the perceptions of the populace to such a degree that they in large part give up even trying to understand.

Take. for instance, the dogma surrounding the myth of cholesterol and heart disease. The majority of people still think that cholesterol is the “big baddie” when it comes heart disease, but nothing could be further from the truth, as research and science repeatedly confirm. The body and brain thrive on natural healthy saturated fats and cholesterol as a prime fuel source for peak performance. Highly processed foods, which rely on oxidized and unsaturated fats, starch, and sugars are the real culprits that need complete elimination from the diet in order to stabilize and gain health, healing, and weight loss.

Another example of misguided information is to be found in epigentetics. We are given to believe that genetic expression is entirely out of our control and that we are helpless to the effects however they may play out within our bodies. Again, nothing could be further from the truth. Genetic expression is absolutely reliant upon the effects of the environment and nutrition, and not the other way around. Environmental toxins and nutritional degradation play crucial roles in affecting genetic expression and inducing degenerative diseases, and we have much greater control over our individual health than we are given to believe or choose to exercise, again due to the lack of accurate information and the initiative of individuals to do their own research. We are less at the mercy of genetics than we are of our own ignorance if we don’t educate ourselves and take responsibility for our own nutritional health in these matters. Complacency is exactly the fulcrum ignorance needs to trump critical thinking.

The amount of toxins present in food, health, and beauty products is unprecedented and very seriously compromising the health of all people. We have become completely inured and complacent in these matters, trusting the corporatocracy of academia, agriculture, and the medical pharmaceutical establishments to act with integrity and in the best interest of the people, when in fact they are blatantly doing exactly the opposite of that. The amount of money spent on maintaining dis-ease, and not healing or curing them, is astronomically out of proportion with what could be done to actually eliminate such diseases if nutritionally based approaches were utilized to promote health and longevity. Many would argue it is by design of social engineering that we have been completely bombarded with food and environmental toxins, and the clear lack of concise education regarding these issues is substantive. I, for one, would never argue this point, so compelling the evidence is to support this view, and in all consideration, it is a completely valid argument. The dis-ease of people is a multitrillion dollar coup perpetrated and upheld by the giants of corporate industry.

Each of us has expansive power to take charge of our own health and healing if we simply take the time to educate ourselves and make the adjustments necessary to bring about positive results from such efforts. It is not easy to make these changes, and one has to be willing to take out the trash, literally. To throw out food and products that are toxic to your physical being, and refuse to purchase products that support manufacturing processes of corporations that foist their toxins upon the people and upon this earth. There has never been a time when information was so readily available to do just that, and to rely on a mainstream medical perspective that is inherently flawed is to participate and be complicit in our own demise. It takes fortitude, patience, and perseverance to become knowledgeable in what is true in a world built upon layers of pretense and deception, and self education shall be our greatest weapon in this effort.

Back Pocket Dreams

I claim no earthly title
Nor have need of such accolades
I’m just a girl with a dream
Tucked in the back pocket of her jeans

Don’t try to persuade me
You’ll never succeed
For no one but me
Has power over what I see

I’ve not come to rescue
I’ll not come to save
I’m only here to help you
Find your own way

Don’t look to the stars
Don’t look to your laws
Look to your heart
To distill every flaw

This mountain of self-discipline
The grave of desire
The freedom of non-attachment
Feeds a passionate fire

I’ll accept no expectations
Nor wear your denigrations
Enslaved by such nonsense
One becomes the funeral pyre

So keep your machinations
I’ll heed no contrivance
They hold no sway
And I’d just walk away

I claim no earthly title
Nor have need of such accolades
I’m just a girl with a dream
Tucked in the back pocket of her jeans

Refinement and perfection of the self becomes a quiet and profound devotion to the discipline of all the interior processes involved with incarnation and self-knowledge, above all else. Every thought, every action, therefore dedicated to this one goal.

To create that which imparts healing and balance in the world, and helps others to be released from their own demons of self-recrimination, attachment, and fear, is the greatest gift we could ever bring into the world, and will thus empower others to do the same.

We rise in unison, in the same way we falter as one, if we choose ignorance and fear over love and truth. For I say to you, there is no greater gift you could give to yourself and the world, than that of a clear and open mind, and unobstructed eyes willing to see the Truth.

It is an arduous process for sure, this chosen path of self-discipline, and one with true knowledge would never dare make the claim of ever reaching perfection, for as such it is a never ending journey. Continual self-analysis and critical thinking are tantamount to progression, and fearlessness the consequence of repeatedly sacrificing self to this wisdom.

What riches I seek are none
but purity of the mind.

Refinement and distillation.
Communion and integration.

Truth above all else.
Immateriality above all wealth

True knowledge thy birthright
wisdom, divine.

“Distill like water my friend…”

Death of fear, trial by fire
There is no compromise in self-annihilation

Occupy your senses, clear your mind
Remove all obstruction from your eyes

Know that you and your creator
are of one thought, one mind

That there is no difference
from you and Truth and this light

“Distill like water my friend…”

The Parasitic Reach

Those who feed off the insecurities of others to build upon their own grandiose machinations of egocentric illusion are no more than a mere cog on the mortal wheel of deception spinning an axis of control upheld by fear. This parasitic reach runs miles deep into the hearts and minds of the unsuspecting. The wary know well from experience, their innocence long ago torn asunder, having come to greater understanding from the lessons of wise discernment.

Those who unknowingly, and yet willingly partake, are caught in a web so insidious and tight-knit that even the sharpest of intellects will struggle to be unbound by the scope of its reach within the psyche. Careful treading is essential of even the most astute of travelers to not be ensnared by the steel jaws of the trap that has been set long in advance of their arrival.

To usurp the sovereignty of the individual and control their thoughts and actions has been the mainstay of religions, governments, and miscreants for centuries. As long as people decline to think and act for themselves, and learn to discern truth from deception, they will continue to feed these cycles of parasitic constructs.

Such has become the bane of the free thinker, the one who sees past all the absurdities and lies. For try as the adherent of truth might to help free those imprisoned by their own misunderstandings and self-imposed limitations, it becomes, as such, a pointless task if none will choose this freedom for themselves, nor utilize the tools of knowledge being offered for them to do so.

Freedom, in this regard, is a hard won battle that is waged from within. Dismantling long held beliefs and shattering established dogma goes against the grain of the ego, and humility is a prerequisite. The dissolution, deconstruction, and annihilation of illusions is a powerful and cathartic process to partake of, and imperative for true growth to occur. There is absolutely nothing to fear and everything to be gained by the understanding and utilization of this tool in your arsenal of discernment and ultimate Truth.

Standing Ground

Those who are sovereign from within can never be enslaved from without. To know the boundless heart of truth that resides within is to be wholly grounded in ones own inherent and sovereign power. Standing ground in full knowing is not about resistance. But is absolutely about being in such a state of alignment with your own internal reservoir of natural and innate wisdom that you become a living conduit for that which is the creative force of all that is. And in so standing, fear becomes nonexistent because it is no longer needed, nor is it a necessary part of your journey, and serves only to undermine your true standing as a co-creator in the universe.

Standing ground is to face what meets the eye from a non-attached, methodical perspective that allows one to critically analyze and measure every aspect of the situation in order to evaluate and find every trace and nuance of deception that may linger there. It’s about never flinching under the pressure of the onslaught, come what may. To never be fazed, but rather instead to seek overcoming that within yourself that would otherwise react from fear were it not so disciplined.

Be not weighed down by the fallacy of others. Let not their indiscretions leave a negative mark upon your heart. Don’t be limited by the small ideas of others. Grow full into your own knowing with unrelenting passion and a refusal to bend beneath the limitations set by others who eat of their own insecurities and will try to feed you of the same. Small minds run in small circles. Refuse to be pulled into that eddy of ignorance. Be ruthless in your refusal to break or bend from your position, except to gain greater understanding and grow in your own wisdom. Never give up and never give in. In your recognition of your self realization, you are a force to be reckoned with, and the time of reckoning is now.

Pathos Mind, Divine Mind

Clouded by scrutiny
Derailed by insecurity
The pathos mind
is a ruse of the usurper
And the gauntlet of confusion
but a tool of fear

Let not your mind be goaded
Let not your heart be blind
Take your most sacred of devotions
And give them to divine mind

Master is he who sails his own seas
Who regards his own interior
As worthy not of degenerate waters
nor his thoughts to finite matters

And from the solitude of his darkest hour
will come The Great Revelation
The mind known most sublime
Of absolute, oceanic power

And the soul so devoured
Takes new, this holy endeavor
To be as sacred calling
this night of dark and final hour

That the Temple of Sophia
shall be not marked
as a grave of earthy man
Nor may none there enter
with uncleansed hands

Of Irish Soul

I have no land to call my home,
no culture of great inheritance,
and wandering thus, have I found my own.
The ancestors who speak to me,
are true, and noble, and free.

Their strength is the wisdom of the land.
In the trees, rocks and soil,
in every blade of grass.
Their blood once shed,
still seeds the land.
Stories, once told – the legends of old,
are carried now, their voices on the wind.

By the firelight I see their shadows,
and feel the bearing weight
of their calm and certain presence.
They are of the old ways, of ancient Irish blood.
They have spoken, and I, young, but not unaware,
have listened.

And so, I now walk
with strength that comes
from a deep inner knowing,
a strength that is of the land,
and of the heart;
of courage, strength, and grace.
There is nowhere I go,
these ancestral spirits will not be.

They know that I know.
They know that I see.
And with their blood in my soul,
and their blessing upon my grave,
I shall awaken each day
and go forth, renewed and seeking.

Born again, I live for them;
breathe for them, fight for them.
And when the night
shall at long last fall,
then, will I lay this body down
and be thus blessed,
in the wisdom and purity
that is the legacy
of their undying grace.

The Lost Art of Introspection

It occurs to me that we are so inundated by the barrage of information teasing us with endless possibilities of this or that scenario, that we have become somewhat addicted by this constant stream of distraction to the emotional indignation it produces within us. What arises from this is a very attached and entrenched association with the surrounding landscape of the material world in which we live. It produces an incessant current of fear and anxiety that never leaves our consciousness and permanently imprints itself upon us unless we choose to consciously disengage from it. We have become, in so many ways, lost to this. We have forgotten how to disconnect from that which so subtly engenders fear, and reconnect to that which trumps fear completely. To live free of fear is a rare trait to be found in anyone today. We are so insidiously conditioned to live with it, and so inextricably linked to it, that we have become inured to its very presence because it feels normal. The anxiety this produces is at the root of most of the disease and discordant energy we find prevalent in the world today.

It is in moments of great and deep introspection, and most especially if one is out of doors and in a natural setting, that a sense of inner stillness, wonder, and energetic renewal can be most readily attained. In simple and quiet contemplation can be found that which speaks a greater truth to us. Of gratitude, peace, and inner knowing. On an intuitive level this is one of the most healing gifts we can ever give ourselves, for thus renewed we are able to view the world from a more calm and centered perspective. It invariably becomes the greatest gift we can offer to those around us as well, for we become more present to the moment we are in, without the usual outside distractions and currents of fear interfering with our clarity.

As a culture, we have forgotten how to detach ourselves from the technology of materialism and do the work of introspection. We are so inundated with technological gadgetry and the unseen influences upon the physical body it produces, and so disconnected from nature, that we are fast losing one of the greatest gifts of life: to stand in awe of the natural beauty we are surrounded with, and in so doing, revitalizing body, mind, and spirit. To sit under the stars at night and feel the awe that this simple act fills us with, to relax and savor the power and beauty of natural landscapes. It is vital to our own inner landscapes that we do so.

To sit in deep contemplation and introspection is one of the greatest gifts we can ever bestow upon ourselves, and one of the greatest gifts to teach to our children as well. To observe with honest and unflinching awareness our habitual thinking patterns is the biggest step we can take in achieving inner peace. To observe what we are thinking and most importantly, why. For with that deep introspection we learn to tame our fears and anxieties. One is able to think more clearly if a habit is made of completely disconnecting from the exterior landscape and searching the landscapes within, locating the weeds habitually growing there, and to thus begin the laborious process of pulling them up one by one, by the deep roots of confusion and fear that once, so long ago, planted them there. It is imperative for our healing that we learn to pull all the weeds of needless mental activity and self-recrimination, and to see them with precision and clarity for exactly what they are.

This art of introspection is critical to our survival. If we are constantly directing our attention outward, we are literally giving ourselves away to distractions outside of us on a continual basis. If we stop, and turn that attention inward, and simply observe what we are thinking and why, we have begun to utilize the most valuable tool in our arsenal of critical thinking. This self-reflection and observance is crucial to our understanding the inner landscapes of consciousness. There are very powerful rewards to be gained from this simple practice of introspection. The value of self-reflection is absolutely of equal accord and importance with selflessness. The two in dynamic and sacred balance become the very way in which we will walk through this world with the strength of clear vision and the wisdom of an open heart. It is crucial to take time for yourself, away from everything else, and become centered, and from this position of centeredness arises the ability to discern truth from falsehood in the chaos of the external world, and to do so in a calm, thoughtful manner.

How different would the world become, if all children were taught to live with this valuable teaching? I strongly believe this priceless tool of self observation and introspection would be immediately and naturally grasped by the very young. To teach children the art of introspection from an early age gives them the keys to navigate the world from a place of centered balance and inner strength. Introspection naturally brings insight, and insight always gives wise discernment.

If our own inner realities are clouded, chaotic, and confused, is it any wonder that this is exactly what we find externally as well? As within, so without. This timeless truth packs a powerful punch when taken to heart.

The Plague Of Nations

Is there something in our collective ancestral heritage that points to the reason we are so contentious and prone to war? What is the spark that fuels the fire of conflict and corruption that bleeds from us daily the right to inherit an earth that is safe haven for people, families, and cultures to live and prosper without greed and despair? When it is so obviously an easy task to complete any endeavor with the cooperation and creative talents of all those involved, why do we continually fall prey to those who lead us to war and continue to desecrate this earth with their genocidal ways? Why are we so silently complicit in looking the other way? Are we really so afraid? If so, then of what? Of what others may think if we speak or act counter to alleged social norms? This fear of what others will think is the most ridiculous yet powerfully persistent self-imposed prison ever perpetrated, which enables the corrupted corporate and governing powers to continually wage their unprecedented campaign of disinformation and annihilation upon us. It is the blind allegiance to that which proclaims authority over you, and acts without morals while claiming such authority, that allows this facade to continue year after year.

Do not let the psychopathy of others define who you are. Do not allow yourself to continue to be one of a multitude of caricatures of social programming. Reach out and step across boundaries meant to hem you in to certain views of your world. Every time you feel the urge of hesitation for fear of what others will think, keep going. Walk beyond those walls which are there to ensnare you into repetitious patterns of behavior. Question everything you are served and given as truth by your so called leaders – or more aptly, misleaders – and look elsewhere for your truth and understanding.

I posit the plague of nations to be wrought by the dark and deceitful hearts of a ruling elite bent on keeping us mired in economic distress and divisions of contention. Have we not had enough of their disempowering agendas? Can we not see clearly the inherent power we all collectively own to provide for ourselves and cooperate with one another to accomplish our own goals, if we but simply choose and claim as much for ourselves? Are we going to accept another generation of this divide and conquer paradigm that has so enslaved us physically and mentally?

It is said we are a species with amnesia and I could never argue this, so clearly apparent this has become. It is also said we are governed by those whose only wish is to keep us in a state of ignorance as to our true origins and history, and one should be very inclined and compelled to wonder why. To be kept in perpetual darkness is to be kept in perpetual slumber. To accept what we are given to believe is true history as solid verifiable fact without question is akin to suicide. For without a clear understanding and perspective of history we are in slow decline as a species rather than evolving to become the greater spiritual beings we are.

The greatest weapons we have available to use to overcome the imbalances present in the world today come from within. It is critical we turn inward to transform ourselves from the inside out, and only then can we surmount and then surpass these challenges we are faced with. In this regard, consciousness is the final frontier, and is where this great work will manifest. Until one looks beyond the mundane of this world, becomes deeply introspective, and critically analyzes their own beliefs and consciousness, they will remain on the hamster wheel of searching for answers externally, in the material world. The battlefield is the mind, and directed consciousness is the key. It is all too easy to be distracted in this world, and that is by design. It is crucial we turn a discerning eye inward, where all true sovereignty begins, and will ultimately be found. As above, so below; as without, so within. The correction of the great imbalance in the world starts within each one of us. Allegiance is best given to that which first and foremost, is found there.

Let your every action be in defiance of a system that seeks to disenfranchise you. Let every single thing you do be a testament to the indomitable strength that is the legacy of every foundation ever built upon Truth. Vote with every dollar you spend, in defiance of the system that seeks to enslave you. Make every smile an action of defiance against that which seeks to conform and control you. Bring laughter, joy, and humor into everything you do, for in your very laughter will be found the antidote to that which seeks to keep you in a state of depression, fear, stress, and confusion. Create the opposite of these negative energetic constructs wherever you go. Every time you choose love over fear you act in defiance of a system that seeks to ensnare you in a web of apprehension and insecurity. In so doing, you will teach and inspire others to do the same.

To re-cognize is to remember those things you already knew which were held so deeply within that you forgot you even knew them. The depths of the human interior hold countless ages of wisdom teachings that are the birthright of every human being incarnate upon this earth. They will come unbidden to the surface, layer by layer, in a knowing way when life is lived with truth and authenticity. Rest assured the lessons you require will show up right on time, exactly when you need them, with no exceptions. Look to the Universal Laws that are the guiding principles of this earth and cosmos. To give yourself over to this understanding as a way of life is to become impeccably sovereign with the wisdom and truth that comes from within. There is no greater foundation to build upon, ever, than that of Truth.

The deeper you are willing to go with this interior work of yourself, and in comprehending and analyzing the exterior world we live in, the less willing you become to allow yourself to be polluted by that which is of this world, i.e., corrupted, profane, and lacking any spiritual depth whatsoever. To be in the world but not of it; the body becomes your temple, and you willingly adjust accordingly. To say this is an easy task would be far from accurate, perseverance is required. But one will also naturally attain a certain level of detachment in the process, and a feeling of centered balance that is unshakable. And it will be this essential detachment and balance that will allow you to see with unflinching comprehension exactly what is going on in the world today, and how best to methodically approach and counter it, come what may. Responsibility is the ability to respond. If we are not deliberate and united in this, then we have not the solidarity to confront and transform these issues. This is the path of the true warrior. And these times we live in call for each one of us who are so inclined, to acknowledge, comprehend, and dedicate ourselves to this path, and to unite and stand as one. No exceptions.

And Still The Drum Beats On

The drums. Their beat rolls on.
Through the hills and valleys of my mind,
and through my heart they summon me.
Ages past, ancestors dwelling upon this earth,
shed their blood and buried their dead
in their own fierce battles for justice.
And still the drum beats on.
Those who hear it and listen
and heed the call are awakened
to their souls full potential
incarnative dance with life,
and shall have no fear of death.
No price too high, no burden too heavy
for to carry the weight of this drumbeat in your soul.
It is everything you have ever been, are, and will ever be.
And still the drum beats on.
Unstoppable. Unfathomable in depth
because all who came before
and carried your blood
are here with you now.
They hear the drumbeat of your heart.
They feel it in your soul.
Never give in. Never lay waste
to that which comes from within
and speaks to you of truth
and love over fear and death.
For in truth there is no death.
And in love there is no room for fear.
Die now to the self that you choose to be.
Burn out all of the chaff and waste and debris
this world has laid hard upon you.
Walk a free man. Walk a free woman.
Dare not to tread this earth in fear.
The time has come.
And for you, the drum beats on.

The Age of Truth Revealing Itself

In this age of truth revealing itself as never before, we are suddenly confronted with knowledge that allows us to see with profound transparency, from where we have come to where we now find ourselves.

What has in the past been regarded and accepted as unquestionably true, has countless times in this age been upended and found to be a compilation of deceptions and fraud designed to control our perceptions, and thus our actions in light of those perceived truths. To uncover lie after lie in so many veins of modern culture, from history to medicine, from religion to politics and everything in between, can potentially be a most enlightening experience, but often only after one gets through the sobering maze and overwhelming moments of discomfort from the depressing realizations that occur when the foundations of what we thought to be true get truly shaken.

To extricate oneself from imposed illusions is to let go of that which we already somehow knew on a deeply instinctual level was patently false, and therefore restricting our true living potential.
And to so liberate ourselves in such a manner, we are then confronted with the question of what to do with this new found perspective. Where do we go next? How do we continue to create meaningful lives and contribute to that which is of the truth when surrounded by so many deceptions and power structures aimed at controlling and restricting our behaviors and health every step of the way?

We must disengage, as much as we are able to given the circumstances, from every facet and thread of that which is born of this machine of deception every chance we get. It might seem insurmountable, but if enough people turn away from that which is false and connect with that which is of the truth and with others who choose the same, and start doing for themselves and for each other, a tide begins to form. And where there is such a tide, there is a powerful current. That energy builds upon itself to become ever greater with the momentum of its own actions.

There is no stronger foundation than that which is built upon truth. A foundation built upon lies will invariably fail. There is universal law and there is man made law. Universal law is based upon truth. Man-made law? Well, we can clearly see what this has wrought. To be sure, there are many amazing accomplishments in the history of mankind. Now imagine the possibilities if greed were suddenly taken out of the equation, and everything accomplished was done for the good of all, with utmost regard and respect for future generations. This, I propose, should be our greatest calling.

Do not wait for a leader, lead yourselves. We all intrinsically know what to do. Respect others as you would yourself. Respect all life as sacred. This is the path of truth indigenous cultures have practiced and taught for millennia. It is time to heed the call.

Fear not. For fear is a restrictive energy and does nothing to empower you and everything to dis-empower you. Examine your fears and discard them. They are useless to you, and have been instilled to keep you in a state of paralysis. Be open to change, to new ideas. Question everything. Revel in your new found freedom to not be subservient to that which is not of the truth. Liberate yourself. Explore! Truth is a very powerful field in which to engage your living consciousness. Live each moment well, and everything else will start to fall into place.

One of the most difficult truths to face is that of the great suffering inflicted upon others, which is modern slavery in multiple guises: war atrocities, mass incarcerations, usury and central banking, debt based economies, monopolization of media and education, toxins in the food and medicines we ingest. How does one reconcile themselves to this madness? I do not claim to know the answer, all I can relate is what my experience evolves to be. If we do not educate ourselves, we leave it to others to do so, and if we leave it to others to do so who may not have our best intentions at heart, where does that leave us? Who is responsible for our knowledge and education? In short, we are. There are no more excuses because we now have a windfall of information at our fingertips.

If we choose not to enlighten ourselves, so be it. I can only choose for myself, as is true for you. We can choose to connect with others who are choosing for themselves as well, or not. Most people seem to prefer complacency in this regard, because – and I can truly attest to this – it takes a great effort to educate yourself. It requires a complete dismantling of everything you were taught to be true in your lifetime and re-educating yourself. It does become easier with time, and the further out you are willing to take your perspectives with regards to ancient history and the deeper transcendent teachings, the easier it becomes to stay calm while surrounded by chaos. It is a simple task to decipher truth from fiction, and see the media spins for what they truly are: fear porn. The moment you start to unravel the myths is the moment you emancipate yourself, and to become liberated from deception is to choose sovereignty over slavery.

To begin the process, one must peel back layers and layers of social conditioning, as one would layers from an onion. Question everything. Dis-spell the labels and memes. The deeper you go with the interior work of yourself, and in analyzing and comprehending the exterior world we live in, the less willing you are to allow yourself to be polluted by that which is of this world and designed to keep us disenfranchised and in a state of dis-ease. Connecting with, and learning from others of like mind is crucial to this process of awakening, and helps to ease the isolation that is commonly felt on the frontlines.

Is it possible that we have been misled for centuries by those who wished only to control and enslave us??? Yeah, pretty much. And who is responsible to this revelation? We are. As well it should be. Enjoy the ride, because it’s exciting as hell, but without all the incumbent bullshit once you learn to see it for what it is. Cheers! And hats off to those who live to dispel illusion and propagate the truth!

The Politics of Polarity and Fear

What have the politics of polarity and wages of fear wrought upon this nation if not a people divided? A people divided are easy prey, and we have increasingly become easy prey with these paradigms of social constructs insidiously propagated to keep us living in fear and divided along misconstrued lines of separation that ultimately, and from a universal perspective, need not exist. Every faction of a society propagated is a fault line and fracture working against the people living in that society to live and prosper with unity, and exhibits a clear lack of insight into the universal laws which are the true guiding principles of wisdom that will enable people to discard such destructive policies as those that induce fear and polarity.

We live in a time that is saturated with political greed and misconduct. If those at the helm of the leadership of a nation are guilty of corruption, then that becomes a stain upon the fabric of that nation’s culture. Without a moral compass and foundation of truth guiding a nation’s leadership, and where corruption is allowed to flourish, the polarities engendered and promoted do nothing but serve to divide the people along lines of us and them. And in order to further inhibit a population from naming this corruption for exactly what it is – Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations – the politics of fear is utilized as a means to create further distraction from the current reality of the situation.

Fear as a weapon is a most potent form of control and manipulation. As a culture, we are continually bombarded with negative and fearful media programming designed to keep those currents of energy flowing throughout every aspect of our lives. And, whether we realize it or not, the way we perceive stress and process negative thoughts often has an exponentially greater effect on our health and well being at a cellular level than the actual stress itself. Human nature being what it is, we tend to ruminate and easily fall into negative thinking patterns regarding scenarios real or imagined. And clearly, if we are continually bombarded with fear inducing imagery and propaganda, on a subconscious level, we are continually impacted by a chronic fight or flight energetic program running through our minds, whether consciously perceived or not.

It is a very insidious and effective form of manipulation on many levels. The more fear people feel, the more they react emotionally. The effectiveness of these subtle manipulations cannot be overstated. Commonly known as psychological warfare, these tools of perception management have been in use for decades. What is not commonly known is how such manipulations affect us at a cellular level and from a neurobiological perspective as well.

Chronic stress and fear can cause biophysical changes within the body, and profoundly alter the areas of the brain that process emotions and memories. When in a continuous fear and stress based fight or flight emotional state, the body is more likely to be flooded with a chemical cocktail of inflammatory hormones, which further compromise health and are often the common denominator of many chronic degenerative diseases. The brain’s communications systems function at a higher efficiency in a healthy living organism, much higher than one compromised by constant fear and stressors. Our ability to respond effectively directly corresponds to this. Hence, the reason we are constantly kept in a state of fear and uncertainty by the mass media perception machine.

The more we perceive life to be dangerous and threatening, the more our health is compromised at a cellular level, and in such a way as to render us less able to react from a place of calm and measured intelligence than from a fear based emotional state. And the less calmly we are able to face stress and danger in a methodical and rational manner, the more likely we are to abdicate that responsibility to another, more authoritarian figure or act out in rage. Responsibility is the ability to respond, and if we are unable to respond well, then we have lost the battle before it is even begun. The politics of fear and polarity are designed and perpetrated for exactly this purpose, and continue to be imposed upon us for these reasons, whether or not it is publically acknowledged.

So, in a not so roundabout way, the constant influx of negativity and fear based propaganda, coupled with the Standard American Diet of mostly processed and chemically laden ‘foods’ which also have a profoundly negative neurological and physical impact, has seriously and negatively compromised the health of the population. In effect, creating a nation where dis-ease, chronic illness, and cognitive decline have become the norm, and not the exception to the rule.

The health and vitality of a culture is a measure of its strength. And we are not a healthy culture on so many levels. This is why it is crucial to turn away from the programming and tune out the constant barrage of fear and polarity that are the mainstay of the media machine. Reject the fear and propaganda. Learn to think for yourselves, research, and find alternative sources of information. Purposely spend time quietly, and if at all possible, as much time outdoors as you can. Nature is the best de-stressor there is. Connect with those who are also seeking to disengage from that which is compromising our health. And I am by no means suggesting that one stop paying attention to what is happening around the world and in their community. Be selective, and question everything that comes from the mainstream media, for it usually laced with an agenda of subterfuge and dogma.

When you consciously remove yourself from these circuits of negative energy patterns, you will become more centered and relaxed, and will become more effectively able to navigate these insane times we find ourselves living in, and perhaps also better assist others who are struggling to understand. Like it or not, we sink or swim together. The system as it stands in America today is intentionally and criminally corrupted from the top down. We do not need, nor do we want, a government of, by, and for the corporations. The People United own the power to abolish the greed, corruption, and war that has plagued modern society with a relentless persistence for far too many years.

It is as a thirst that will never be quenched to be lacking the insight of the authenticity and wisdom of truth that should be the guiding principles of this nation’s government. There is no stronger foundation to stand upon than that of truth. The most dangerous American citizens alive today, to the upper echelons of power and control, are the ones who will inspire the people to awaken, unite, and throw off these chains of illusion in order to restore the integrity and balance of truth and justice.

Are you one?

Fear not The Path of Truth

“Fear not the path of truth,  for the lack of those who walk upon it”

In these times of burgeoning national and global tyranny, never before has it been the most patriotic action to take, than to turn a very critical eye towards the governing institutions, politicians, and corporations controlling this country, and demanding absolute accountability and truth.

Whether or not you choose to believe it, there is a very powerful parasitic paradigm in place that seeks to create dis-ease and chaos, to disenfranchise and enslave the populace, and to ensure that you inhabit a prison of fear and live a life of increasing poverty and distraction, so as to be completely oblivious to what it truly happening right before your very eyes.

Educate yourself. Take the time to research. Question every piece of information you are given to believe as an ‘official’ version of anything. Do not fall victim to the conditioning and propaganda that is the hallmark of social engineering, which entrains a people to react exactly how the controlling agenda would prefer you react: as mindless victims and complacent slaves.

Divide and conquer? The oldest trick in the book. And Americans have been under its spell for years. Think for yourselves. Turn off your televisions. Talk to your neighbors. Disengage from the us-versus-them mentality in order to realize that every single one of us has been targeted and deceived by our government for decades.

Turn towards alternative sources of information to get a clearer picture of what is afoot and what the hidden agendas are. Of these sources, there are many to choose from, including: http://www.thecrowhouse.com with Max Igan; www.21stcenturywire.com, with Patrick Henningsen; www.ianrcrane.com, with Ian Crane; www.chiptatum.com, with Gene Chip Tatum; http://www.federaljack.com, with Popeye Dtrh; http://freedomfromgovernment.us, with Trent Goodbaudy; http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org, with Dane Wigington; http://hendersonlefthook.wordpress.com, with Dean Henderson; and http://gizadeathstar.com with Joseph Farrell. These are all valuable sites to gather data and educate yourselves.

Never underestimate the power and influence that social engineering and propaganda management has had over every facet of our lives in the decades leading up to these most precarious of times we are now facing and living in. Do not also underestimate the power and influence of the unseen metaphysical aspects to what we are currently experiencing. To do so would be a grave mistake, for those in the upper echelons of global control are very well versed in utilizing the machinations of esoteric wisdom.

We, The People, have very little time, and no choice but to unite and act upon these courses of history that are coming together in fruition with exponential speed, and deadly consequences for us all. Complacency is not an option; and with all the information available today, it is unconscionable to sit back and wait for others to take action.

I implore you to educate yourselves. To vote with every dollar you spend. To turn off your televisions, and pay attention to what you feed your children. Do not fear your neighbor. Fear your government. For I assure you, your government fears you, and all of your neighbors, united and strong, standing as one for truth and justice. Standing as one, The People own the power to eradicate the tyranny of corruption, greed, and lies. The time has come, and the hour is now upon us.

“And when you know even for a moment that it’s your turn, you can walk with the power of a thousand generations”
